Washington, D.C. - Voters in Louisiana have elected pro-energy candidate Jeff Landry to be their next governor. Governor-elect Landry received enough support so that a run-off race will not be needed. “Louisiana is a critical state if we are going to regain American energy independence and the voters there have sent a clear message in rejecting Joe Biden’s green agenda. We’re proud to congratulate Governor-elect Landry, who campaigned on strengthening Louisiana’s economy by supporting affordable and reliable energy. Hopefully, this victory for energy in Louisiana is the first of many because the 2024 election will be the most important in a generation and energy is on the ballot.”
