Female driver swerving all over and slumped over. Officer had contact with vehicle at Budge and N. Franey streets/female having some issues.

Male with no pants lying down on the sidewalk. Officer – female has shorts/going to be waiting at bus stop.

Disturbance
North Street
Caller advised her 38-year-old son is bothering the neighbors/he is in his camping trailer breaking things/advised he is on meth. Officer – other units take no further action/everything is okay.

Welfare check
204 Hurley Avenue
Female walking around screaming and throwing rocks/taking off her shoes. Officer had contact with female east of the Sugar Shack/en route to SOS with female.

Domestic disturbance
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Rolling domestic. Caller saw two subjects arguing in front of them. Officer – negative on domestic/everything is okay.

Harassment
N. Franey and Budge streets
(Redacted) has been following her and harassing her. Officer made contact with (redacted) at house on Guinevan Street/clear.

Reckless driver
100 Hurley Avenue
Caller advised they are ramping curbs and driving erratically/they just pulled into Bayard Elementary parking lot. Officer went traffic with vehicle by registration provided/clear.

Unwanted subject
Main Street
Caller says kids are harassing his house/trying to break windows. NMSP officer advised to call caller and ask if he can come outside/caller was called/he did not answer. BPD officer advised one in custody.

Criminal damage to property
Romero Avenue
Caller’s daughter had a named male living with her and he damaged the residence/wants to know if he can add more damages to a residence next door.

Breaking and entering
Cortez Avenue
Caller has power of attorney for (redacted) who is in a nursing home/someone keeps breaking into the house/wants a heavy frequent patrol set up. Deputy requests NMSP due to an open door/everything is okay.

Caller advised a tall male stole from the Dollar General in Hurley and left. Deputy made contact with caller.

Caller says female walking around looking in people’s yards saying she wants a ride to Bayard. Deputy – en route to Bayard with (redacted).

Caller wants a CTW placed on a named female/she keeps going in her yard at all hours.

Wednesday, Nov. 6

Welfare check
Jaguar Street
Caller stated her soon-to-be ex-husband is in jail and she heard that (redacted) went into his motel room and took items. Officer – it’s a civil matter and caller most likely will call tomorrow for a civil standby.

Thursday, Nov. 7

Disturbance
Cottonwood Street
A named male is being violent with his family but not physical. Officer – one of the parties left/everything is okay right now.

Welfare check
Aspen Street and Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Believes something is wrong at the flashing red light where the sewer pumps are. Officer advised he made contact with maintenance supervisor who stated he will take care of it.

Weapons fired
Encino and Pinon streets
Caller heard multiple shots being fired. Second caller says they were lighting fireworks at the Armory and her dog was spooked and ran off and is running up Highway 180 toward Silver City/it is a black dog with white chest with collar. Officer – made contact with subjects who lost their dog/will ATL for it.

Welfare check
Racetrack Road and Aspen Street
Stated a male is standing in the middle of the road/they almost hit him. Officer had negative contact.
