The Town of Silver City Council will hold a remote Regular Meeting on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams Meeting and in compliance with the NM Open Meetings Act. A. Approval / Disapproval of changing the August 13, 2024, Regular Town Council
Meeting to August 12, 2024.
B. Appointment of the 2024 Annual Conference Voting Delegates.
C. Approval / Disapproval of Ordinance 1329: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
TOWN OF SILVER CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING CHAPTER 9 – AFFORDABLE HOUSING, PURSUANT TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT; DEFINING TERMS; ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES TO ADMINISTER AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM.
