SPECIAL MEETING

The Council of the Town of Hurley will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hurley Community Center at 302 Carrasco Ave in Hurley, New Mexico for items listed: Approval of Resolution No. 2-2024/2025 – FY 2023/2024 4th Quarter Budget Adjustments, Approval of Resolution No. 3-2024/2025 – FY 2023/2024 Final Quarter Financial Report, Approval of Resolution No. 4-2024/2025 – FY 2024/2025 Budget Adoption, Approval of Resolution No. 5-2024/2025 – Certification of Assets, Approval of Resolution No. 6-2024/2025 – A Resolution of Town of Hurley Ratifying a Certain Agreement Between the Town of Hurley and the Southwest New Mexico Council of Governments, Approval of Intent to Adopt Ordinance 84 – Town of Hurley Affordable Housing Ordinance.

This meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend or stream via Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83894463162 ? . A copy of the agenda will be available at the Hurley Town Hall and online at www.townofhurley.us ? on Friday, July 12, 2024.
