LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 6 p.m. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy. 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:
Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting – July 09, 2024
REPORTS: Plaque presentation from VFW Post 12212 to the Town of Silver City for their support of local Veteran Organizations.

11. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution 2024-15: A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN
OF SILVER CITY RATIFYING A CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY AND THE SOUTHWEST NEW MEXICO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, DATED July 23, 2024 AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE OF SAME BY THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY.
B. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2024-16: A RESOLUTION AMENDING
THE APPROVED AND ADOPTED BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2023 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2024 AND FOR MUNICIPAL
PURPOSE IN THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, NEW MEXICO, TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF.
C. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2024-17: FINAL QUARTER FINANCIAL REPORT ENDING JUNE 30, 2024.
D. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2024-18: APPROVAL AND ADOPTION
OF THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2024 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2025.
E. Approval / Disapproval of Bid #24/25-1 Little Walnut Rd – Phase IV
