Â Approval / Disapproval of ORDINANCE NO. 1323: AN ORDINANCEÂ Â AMENDING CHAPTER 10, BUSINESSES, ARTICLE II, BUSINESS REGISTRATION AND LICENSING, SECTION 10-21, PARAGRAPHS (a) (6) AND (b) (7), SECTION 10-22, SECTION 10-23, PARAGRAPHS (b) AND (c), AND SECTIONS 10-24 THROUGH 10-28, AND ARTICLES III, V, VI, AND IX, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, NEW MEXICO.
B. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2024-2011: A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AN APPLICATION TO NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION, COMMENCING JULY 1, 2024, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2025, FOR THE MUNICIPAL PURPOSE OF FUNDING THE RECRUITMENT OF FIREFIGHTERS AND EMERGENCY TECHNICIANS FOR THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY, NEW MEXICO, AND TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF.
C. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2024-12: PARTICIPATION IN LOCAL
GOVERNMENT ROAD FUND PROGRAM ADMINISTERED BY NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTAION.
D. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2024-13: For the purchase of a 0.186 tract of real estate from Neil T. Parrish and Mary M Parrish, husband and wife, in the amount of $40,000.00 plus associated expenses for use by the Silver City Police Department for Town purposes.
E. Approval / Disapproval of RFP 23/24-1P Marketing Services.
F. Mayors' Reappointment to the Municipal Library Community Advisory Committee.
