E. Approval / Disapproval of RESOLUTION 2025-10: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GRANT APPLICATION FOR THE EMERGENCY OPERATING FUNDS OF THE NEW MEXICO BOARD OF FINANCE FOR THE HENRY V. "LA BURRA" MORALES RECREATION CENTER BY THE TOWN OF SILVER CITY COUNCIL.
