CU 25-01: a request for a Conditional Use Permit for Cannabis Retailer, Class II & III Cannabis Manufacturer, defined as "Class II: A licensee that conducts Class I activities, and manufactures edible products or topical products using infusion processes, or other types of cannabis products other than extracts or concentrates, and does not conduct extractions," and "Class III: A licensee that conducts Class I and Class II activities, and extracts using mechanical methods or nonvolatile solvents," for the property addressed as 101 W. College Ave., Silver City, New Mexico. This use is allowed in the Commercial Historic Zoning District with a Conditional Use Permit. The applicant is Yolanda Quintana, represented by Anthony Quintana, Buffalo Bud Farming Co, LLC
