“Spring Blooms in the Southwest: Not Just Creosote Bush” – presentation by Donna Stevens, sponsored by the Gila Native Plant Society, Friday, February 18, 2022, 7:00 pm via Zoom
On these cold mornings it’s hard to imagine, but come March early spring wildflowers should be popping out, especially in the lower elevations of our area. That is why the Gila Native Plant Society has invited Donna Stevens to give a presentation on spring blooms in the Southwest. Her talk will feature some of the lovely wildflowers of spring in the Gila region, a few early-flowering trees and shrubs, and an invitation to get outside to renew your spirit with beauty.
As always, the program is free and open to the public. Anyone interested in joining in the Zoom presentation at 7:00 pm on Friday, February 18, 2022, should send a request for a link to
