The New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women will host their first Women's Day of Action on January 28, 2025 from 10:00-11:00am at the New Mexico State Roundhouse Rotunda in Santa Fe. This event will address key bills supporting women in the upcoming 2025 legislative session.
Guest speakers from the legislature and Commissioners from around the state will be speaking about bills affecting women's issues. There will also be an educational advocacy component designed to help women learn how they can make their voices heard and advocate for the bills that matter to them at the legislature.
This event is free and open to the public. New Mexico legislators and public servants are highly encouraged to attend. Registration is not required. To learn more about the New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women and sign up for the commission's mailing list, visit NMCSW.org.
