17-year-old daughter just left caller's house with caller's ex-boyfriend in a green Toyota Tacoma heading to Las Cruces where he lives/caller does not want her daughter with him/her daughter has a phone but caller does not know the number. Deputy advised seven miles south of Glenwood/is out of gas/east of Highway 180/wondering if a deputy from Catron County can . . .

Domestic disturbance

Yelling and screaming at each other. Deputy had contact advising everything is fine.

Welfare check
Twice the Ice – Bayard
Advised that a white pickup is parked at his aunt's residence and caller doesn't know who it belongs to. Deputy on scene at Cactus and Grant streets/clear/everything is okay/set up frequent patrol for two weeks.

Caller advised the monitor for his daughter's diabetes keeps going up/needs a deputy to contact the mother to fix the monitor. Deputy made contact/everything is okay.

Someone stole their equipment last night. Deputy advised caller left prior to arrival/attempted to call caller twice.

Caller advised his package was supposed to be delivered on the 1ST but has not. Caller advised he cannot file a claim or complaint with Amazon until a police report is filed.

Caller advised he heard about 20 shots in the area. Second caller from Mobile Drive has heard several shots. Deputy advised contact with someone bottom of Skyview/checked two driver's licenses.

Five kids on his property smoking/wants them off the property.

Male slumped over wheel. Everything is okay.

Windy Flat Road – Lower Mimbres – 2:03 p.m.
(Redacted) is in the area within the 100-yard limit stated on the DVO/he is under the influence. Deputy had contact with caller.

Disturbance
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised (redacted) is not letting her into her vehicle, a black Chevy Tahoe/has not been physical. (Redacted) just let her get into her vehicle. Caller is en route to XCPD/caller is going to stay on the phone.

DV order violation
Windy Flat Road – Lower Mimbres – 3:36 p.m.
A named male just flipped her off/she has it on video/she felt threatened by him. Deputy had contact with male.

S. Highway 90 – MM 34 (3 miles south of Tyrone)
Silver GMC Arcadia vs deer/fluids leaking from vehicle/deer is dead and off the roadway. Deputy advised to send next wrecker on rotation/wrecker en route.

(Redacted) stole keys. Deputy advised en route to address on Texas Street.

Wants two named subjects trespassed. Deputy ATL to issue one a CTW for this location/caller didn't want to issue a named female one.

A named female is fighting with boyfriend/female is at caller's house/boyfriend is outside.

Advised someone has been using her SS#.

Advised a named male is intoxicated and refusing to get inside caller's vehicle/he is walking in and out of the roadway westbound/she is parked on the side of the roadway in a silver Toyota 4Runner. Deputies had contact by MM 117 (1 mile west of Uncle Woody's Flea Market)/one male in unit/giving ride to Walmart.

Caller advised she has damage to a sign.

Highway 15 – Sheep Corral
Second party will call after fishing. Deputies en route to Lake Roberts to ATL second party/out at boat ramp and will walk the area/second vehicle in crash.

Battery
D Street – San Lorenzo
38-year-old male got into an altercation with a friend/he does have injuries/having trouble breathing/friend is no longer there. EMS1 advised patient signed refusal at the scene/no transport.

Harassment
Spring Creek Road
Subjects up the hill keep yelling things at him and throwing rocks at his truck/there are three subjects in total.
