Deputy spoke with a named male who said the incident occurred yesterday but didn’t know the address the dogs came from. Deputy ATL’d the area and did not see any loose dogs.

Deputy spoke with the same named male as above who advised he has been caring for two dogs on Rosedale Road since the owner passed away/asked if deputy could meet him and take the dogs to the High Desert Humane Society since the family doesn’t want them.

Deer ran off.

Caller advised a black Chevy truck hit a dog and the dog is still alive. Deputy – dog is pretty bad off/one shot fired/dog is out of roadway.

Domestic disturbance
Caller going to call back when she gets more info and a location/caller calling from El Refugio ref a female being abused but does not have an address/possibly going to be on Lampbright Road. Deputy advised negative contact on Lampbright/going to check the RV park on Minor’s Legend.

Saturday, Jan. 18

Disturbance
Caller – she is currently at this location trying to gather her belongings with her stepmother and her ex is not being civil and is spitting at them/parties are separated at this time/she is now throwing all her things outside/female is now crying/caller is in her vehicle and not interacting/wants to keep dispatcher on the line until LE gets there.

Caller advised he thinks he received a counterfeit $100 bill

Caller states a female came to her house who possiby had a gash on her head. Deputy made contact with caller/was verbal.

Mira Loma Road – Arenas Valley
Caller stated they got in a verbal with their mother but everything has calmed down/no need for LE. Deputy made contact with caller/was verbal.

Suspicious vehicle
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller did not hear the male get into a vehicle so he believes male is still on foot. Deputy in the area ATL/looks like a female running across the street/en route to another Goathead Path address/female dropped off with her parents.

Highway 180 – Silver City – 4:40 a.m.
Male in a black sweater curled up in the road/MM 121 (Junction of Highway 152)/eastbound lane. Deputy – male is extremely intoxicated/bleeding from the nose/denied medical/en route to a Steyskal Street address in Bayard.

Disturbance
El Paseo Road – Mimbres
15-year-old male out of control/slamming things around/he stole money from caller’s dad so she took money from him/then he was in trouble for his room/he is in his room/yelling again. Caller advised he has calmed down so she doesn’t think LE is needed. She was informed officers are still responding to make sure everything is okay.

Barking dogs/an ongoing issue. Deputy had negative contact with caller and residence with barking dogs/dogs only started barking when deputy drove into the driveway.

Caller advised her husband’s wallet was stolen/believes the person who took the wallet has a key to the house because there are no damages to windows or any other point of entry. Deputy – everything is okay/waiting for a picture to be sent.

Caller – her 16-year-old granddaughter who has schizophrenia is walking and refusing to get in caller’s white Chevy car. Deputies have female juvie in investigative detention/out at an Arenas Valley Road address.

Caller is elderly/lives alone/says the phone company is telling him they want to pay him money and take money out monthly. Deputy – units all clear/everything is okay.

Caller states two dogs are attacking a deer at the neighbor’s house/deer was hit a couple of days ago in an accident. Deputy advised shots fired/put the deer down/officials were advised owner of the house is going to take the deer/waiting for G&F to show up.

A named female took meds yesterday and today caller can’t reach her/he is outside on the street in a red Mustang/has tried knocking but she is not answering. Deputy had negative contact with female.

Caller states a guy is wheeling a dolly with stuff on it/building is closed and no one should be working/he might be stealing because people go in there all the time and take things.
