Caller says 12-year-old grandson is causing a disturbance. Caller called again to ask if LE can go back again. Deputy – spoke to grandmother who stated that it's been problems with grandson all night. The reason they had been dispatched again was because the grandson had gone into her bedroom . . .

Criminal damage to property
Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Caller requested frequent patrol through the holidays as she has discovered damage to both her backyard gates and to missing pickets as well.

Welfare check
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised she thinks a male is screaming (for) help. Deputy advised patrolled neighboring residences with no contact/a male contacted stated he had been outside for a while but did not hear any screaming.

Stolen motor vehicle
Arroyo Lane
Caller thinks her boyfriend took her car. Caller called back advising her name and the line suddenly disconnected. Deputy has contact with caller/she got her car back and male left in another vehicle.

Domestic disturbance
Ft Bayard Medical Center
Caller advised that her male employee just came, grabbed her/took the truck keys and left in the work truck and the female is still there at the facility. Second caller – subject at the Bayard Post Office.

Harassment
Chukar Drive
When caller was at the mailbox, (redacted) was yelling for his 10-year-old daughter who was with caller/(redacted) is not supposed to have contact with her/she started crying and they went home.

Criminal trespass warning
70 Truck Bypass – Peaceful Trailer Park
Walk-in advised that (redacted) has been going on caller's property with a 4-wheeler/wants a CTW issued. Deputy made contact with (redacted) via public service and issued indefinite CTW to entire complex.

Reckless driver
Silver City limits
Subject is driving high and low rate of speed/swerving all over the road/he is turning into the Cross Point Church now. Deputies have contact with elderly male visiting the church to eat for Thanksgiving/male appeared okay/nothing further to report.

Welfare check
7 miles from San Lorenzo turnoff
To the left/BMW motorcycle. Deputy – owner will be up this week from Las Cruces to get the bike/he is okay.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 142 (1 mile east of Highway 61 junction)
Red minivan almost hit several cars. G&F officer pulling over vehicle/Highway 61 and Taylor Mountain Road/have subjects/they are exiting the car.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller from Washington stated her 18-year-old stepdaughter called stating there are two younger siblings in the home, 10 and 12-years-of-age, and the mother's boyfriend is hitting the mother and breaking things in the home. Caller is going to have stepdaughter stand at the end of the driveway with her siblings.

Unattended death
Highway 180 – MM 86 (1 mile west of Riverside)
En route to ER with 86-year-old male/passed in the car/male did not want an ambulance. Deputy – get OMI en route.

Disturbance
Arenas Valley Road
Granddaughter is mad because caller told her to clean her room and started going crazy/she is breaking and throwing things on the ground/16-years-old/is bipolar and schizophrenic/did take her meds today. Caller called back advising granddaughter is walking on Old Arenas Valley Road.

Welfare check
Highway 15 north of Bear Creek Cabins
Caller is out with a female left behind by her partner/said she was from the Mimbres/told caller she was walking toward the cabins/possible bruise on left cheek. Deputy made contact with the female who advised she was okay/she . . .

Domestic disturbance
Partridge Drive
Male advised that his wife and him got into a fight and he broke all the glass in the house. Dispatcher could hear the female yelling in the background and the line disconnected. Caller advised he cut his hands but it wasn't bad and he did not need an ambulance. Deputies en route.

Unwanted subject
4845 Highway 15 – Bear Creek Cabins
The female the deputy was out with keeps calling a male and arguing with him/she is sitting on the porch saying it's cold/caller wants her removed from the property as people are checking in. Deputy en route to Silver City with one female/she wanted to go to GRMC.

Caller advised a female is trying to take her vehicle/nothing is physical/he is trying to work things out peacefully but there . . .

Caller says the tan Toyota Camry flipped over and caller and other people are all screaming at each other. Deputies request ambulance for male having a seizure/patient is a 19-year-old male who cannot feel his legs. EMS 2 – check availability Native/Native 32 available/Native going to call back if pilot accepts.

Highway 61 – Faywood Hot Springs
Maroon minivan just pulled out of campsite/they have been fighting all night long/both are highly intoxicated/it was physical as well as verbal.

Disturbance
Bornite Street – Tyrone
19-year-old caller advising her stepdad pushed her into a wall and hit her on the arm/advised he locked her out of the house. Deputy – en route from Bayard.
