Caller advising her sister and three friends were travelling from Las Cruces to Arizona for a concert/last time anyone heard from them was Saturday/don't believe they ever made it to Arizona/were supposed to be back yesterday/sister is 21-years-old with her boyfriend/also with boyfriend's roommate and roommate's fiancé/borrowed boyfriend's mom's white minivan.

Check on a named female who caller believes is with her husband who is dangerous/caller hasn't heard from her in 4-5 days/there is a history of domestic violence/caller has her children and is her mother. Caller requests a call back when done.

Deputy advised a named female came to the office requesting a CTW be issued to a named male.

Caller has been trying to contact a 75-year-old female/no major health issues, but she does a lot of yard work. Deputy went to residence/attempted to make contact multiple times/could not fully access residence as entire yard was fenced off and locked with padlocks/did attempt to yell several times and contact neighbor/negative contact on . . .

10-11 shots northeast of caller. Deputy spoke with subjects off Mathers Road and they saw several fireworks being shot off.

Tuesday, Sept 17

Welfare check
Thomas Lane and Pinos Altos Road
Baby running around in a diaper and white shirt only, while parents sitting in a white SUV. Deputy on north side of Flame with female and child.

Fight
Cortez Avenue – Hurley
Kids fighting/throwing rocks and sticks/he was shot in his left chest by kids with a pellet gun /he is at the Hurley church/he doesn't need an ambulance.

Harassment
Cliff High School
Deputy received a call from principal advising a student popped another student's bra reference to a Sept.10 incident where a female student popped another female student's bra.

10156 W. Highway 180 – Jensen's Trailer Park
Caller from Rio Grande Hematology advised a 65-year-old female is not answering her phone/she
has dangerously low potassium/last saw her in Las Cruces on June 19, 2024/she had a blood draw
at TriCore yesterday which showed the low potassium. Deputy advised no one seems to be
home/don't have probable cause to make entry.

Caller hasn't been able to reach a 75-year-old male for a couple of months. Deputy made contact
with subject who is refusing medical treatment/going to call caller.

Spring Creek Road
Stated intruders are on his property with flashlights. Deputy – did a walk around the
property/negative contact.

Caller from Carlsbad Crisis Line advised a female advised hostile environment/does not have
utilities/is feeling hopeless/wanting to go to women's shelter/has two daughters/she is afraid CYFD
is going to take her children. Caller would like a call when welcheck is done.

Fierro Road – Hanover
Caller wants her girlfriend out of her home but doesn't know how to go about it/caller owns the land
and her girlfriend owns the trailer. Deputy advised both parties separated/one female took off to the
neighbors/she is no longer at the house/she is on foot.

Welfare check
Mangas Valley/Tyrone Mine
Vehicle is in the ravine/appears to be wrecked/caller didn't see anyone around. Deputies had
negative contact.

Aggravated assault
Summit Road
Caller advising she went outside to the car and there was a grey truck by the tree occupied by a named subject/there was one shot fired/subject is still parked outside/caller stated if the cops don't hurry up she is going to shoot "them motherfers,"/then disconnected the line. Caller advising she used to live with a named subject and that is how she knows.

Advised she hasn't talked to a named male since the end of July. Deputy attempted contact/negative contact/left voicemail.

Dog from another camp bit his son and another child/he saw the lady take the dog inside the camper. Deputy had contact with caller/clear from Fair/en route to shelter.

A named male is on camera violating his CTW to this address/caller is leaving back to work. He will call when he gets home/caller never called back/attempted to call today and no answer.

Caller from Carlsbad Crisis Line requesting another welcheck on a named female/was checked on yesterday due to wanting to go to detox but refused because she had her kids and no one to watch them. Caller called back today wanting someone to go see of the female is willing to turn her kids over to CPS so she could be transported. Deputy called x 3 with negative contact.

Unwanted subject
Bellm Street – Santa Clara
Male in the yard squatting/trying to take things from the yard/same male who was trespassed from this location a month ago. Deputies advised male approaching with a bat/male dropped bat.

Stolen motor vehicle
11083 W. Highway 180 – Mangas Valley
Gooseneck trailer and industrial flatbed trailer taken off lot. Deputy advised enroute to office in town/out at Motor Vehicle.

Disturbance
Ft Bayard Medical Center
A named male and his girlfriend were arguing in front of residence and then started yelling at caller/wants CTW placed on both. Santa Clara PD officer issued CTWs to both.

Domestic disturbance
Country Club Road
A named subject headbutted her/no one under the influence of anything/caller refused medical/caller didn't want to stay on the phone. A named subject has also called in saying she is tearing up the house right now/also denied alcohol and drugs.

A named male is yelling aggressively in the background/he did hit her. Caller is driving to the Snappy Mart in a silver Nissan Sentra/he doesn't have a vehicle and couldn't follow her/she did take the kids with her/caller refused medical. Deputy en route to location.

Caller argued with her brother who threw gas on her porch/he busted the motion lights and damaged property/he is no longer on the property/he called caller and said he was going to burn the house down with caller in it. Deputy out at a Boulder Street address in Santa Clara.
