Tall male outside Snappy and caller is afraid to get out of her vehicle. Officer advised male left upon arrival.

Female stole a bottle of liquor. Officer advised have contact with female in front of Q's/female stated she never stole any liquor from the12th Street Snappy Mart/admitted to taking jerky and a candy bar. Officers re-issued Andrea Hernandez an indefinite CTW for all Snappy Marts.

A named homeless male is on the bench causing a disturbance. Officer issued Thomas Egley an indefinite CTW for location/he is leaving.

Advised she has a restraining order against a named male and he is standing outside the business/she can't leave because she has her children with her. Female wearing only panties on the street talking to herself/another person advised she is saying she was beat up. Officers advised out with the female/out at Seasonal Overnight Shelter/request ambulance to check vitals.

Male is harassing people/he has been at this location since 3 a.m./no description, but he is a "Drug Zombie" and wears a dinosaur tail. Officer made contact with male/he is okay.

Caller advised a named male is harassing his business/he tried to get into the building and threatened to kill caller and was cursing and screaming. Officer had contact with male/he is waiting for business to open. Spoke with caller/they want the male issued a CTW for Vintage Vibes and Birdwell's. Officer advised will attempt contact with male/he left/put out ATL.
