Plots in Catron County. They were advised to call back if they need assistance any further with the information dispatch was able to gather. Although it was an E911 phone, dispatch could hear subject groaning in the background and she did advise she could not hear and that she was unable to get her door open/she advised negative on injuries at this time.

Female wearing one sock and one shoe keeps stepping into traffic. Officer advised out with a named female at Super Snappy/she is waiting for the bus.

Can hear male in the ditch behind the SOS screaming and making comments about "killing gangsters." Can hear male screaming in the background. Officer advised unable to make contact with male but can still hear him yelling far down the hill.

Irate customer is in City Hall yelling at an employee. Officer investigating.

Female saying she is 15-years-old (yelling in the background). Caller advised she threw a purse at him and he is now bleeding from the head. Female is saying she can't breathe. Officer advised female has an active warrant out of district court for failure to appear. EMS2 advised patient going to ER by other means.
