Caller advised the front and back doors are open/the house has been empty for months. Officer – advised code enforcement has already been advised of this to get the house boarded up.

Male walking around his house/tried to open his door/can see him on his cameras. Officer – on foot walking south at end of Gold Street/advise code enforcement of a possible campsite/out with a named male/2-year CTW issued to (redacted) at 221 S. Corbin Street.

Caller advised a couple checked out of the hotel and an employee cleaning out the room found a white powder substance on the counter and needles under a rag.

Female has been loitering for 45 minutes/she did order but is making employees uncomfortable/she is making sexual comments to a 16-year-old employee/she is currently in the bathroom/negative on a CTW – just want her removed. Officer issued the female a 2-year CTW for this location and she left upon request.

Male called x 3 and doesn't say anything just hangs up. Male called again advising a snake is in his house/he wants LE. Officer advised he has male en route to GRMC.

Caller says his wallet and sunglass case were taken/states he is headed to Walmart and can meet LE there.

E. 15th and Gold streets
Caller requests a frequent patrol at least for the night/she received threats, and her phone was stolen last night and the person who stole the phone has been texting caller's cousin saying they are going over to caller's house.

Female has locked herself in the ER lobby bathroom/want her removed. Caller called back advising they were able to calm the female down and she is waiting in the ER to be seen/said call can be canceled/units were getting on scene as call was coming in.

Male called and disconnected. Called back and heard a female say something and male say "I know" then disconnects again. Male called again and didn't say anything then disconnected.

Caller is talking with an accent and started laughing on the . . .
