Concert: Blacklight
Friday, October 4, 3:00pm
Silver City Public Library
515 W. College Ave., Silver City
Blacklight is a husband-wife duo consisting of Billy and Sarah Dominguez. Billy is a drummer in local bands while Sarah is a classically trained mezzo-soprano specializing in dark ambient and synthesizer music. Blacklight began as an upbeat, electronic project of dancy recordings formed through their shared love of music and cats. A mellower acoustic side emerged when Billy started playing the tongue drum, establishing an ethereal soundscape while Sarah added the baby harp, glockenspiel, kalimba, and vocals. Visit linktr.ee/blacklightnm to hear all of what this duo has to offer. This concert is free thanks to the support of the Friends of the Library.
