Advised a male is lying on the ground with his pants down below his waist. Officer requests ambulance for a hallucinating 46-year-old male with rapid breathing.

Caller from SASS stated she got a call from a named male and he wants an officer to check on him due to him thinking he was drugged. Caller advised the male was at the hospital earlier today and he left against medical advice. Officer with one male in unit/dropped off at GRMC.

Grant Street
Male caller advised male hitting a female and disconnected. Officer advised units clear/female went back inside the house/stated it was all verbal.
Welfare check
Watson Street
Caller from Administrative Office of Courts in Albuquerque stated the alleged victim in a case let her ankle monitor die and since caller cannot call her they have to do a welfare check. Officer advised subject is possibly in El Paso/will call back caller.
Shoplifting
1101 Tom Foy Blvd. – 9:55 p.m.
At around 9:40 p.m. a named male stole a bottle of beer. Officer advised they will call back with footage.

Advised his 29-year-old daughter left the house walking/she is not in the right state of mind/stated she was hearing voices and going to Bayard to some house that has narcotics. NMSP officers and GCSO deputies ATL known houses of narcotics in Hurley area with negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
102 Cortez Avenue – 12:18 a.m.
Stated she can hear a male and a female arguing/sounds like the male is hitting the female/they are both in a car. Another caller states the male is beating on the female/the male is out of the vehicle. Deputy advised spoke with both parties/they stated they were not in an altercation/only verbal.
Domestic disturbance
102 Cortez Avenue – 1:53 a.m.
Could hear a lot of crying, yelling, and screaming. Female called back advising there was a fight/it's last call and she wants everyone out. Caller disconnected and cannot get her back on the line. Deputy advised all subjects left prior to arrival.
Unwanted subject
E Street
Advised husband is under the influence of marijuana and she wants him to leave/he is not on the lease. Deputy made contact advising everything is okay/units clear. Female wanted the male out of the house who lives there which is her husband and wanted info on how to get him out/she was advised to go to the courts to file . . .
Welfare check
E Street
Caller advised the mother of his children, ages 3 months, 1 and 3-years-old, has him blocked so he hasn't been able to talk to them in a few weeks. Deputy made contact with the three children and they are okay/going to call caller.

63-year-old female caller advised her husband kicked her in the leg and back/they are arguing/husband is saying she is trashing the house/he shoved her in the nose and shoulders/he threw her driver's license in the street. Officer advised have one in investigative detention/have EMS respond to the scene.

Prescott Street
A named subject is causing problems over the phone/he keeps blocking her but she calls from different numbers.
Harassment
W. Cactus Street
Officer spoke to caller who stated she was being harassed by two subjects wherever she is. Caller was advised to go to district court and get a restraining order if she feels the need/clear.
