A named female sent caller and his wife a "good-bye" message last night. Officer made contact with female/everything is okay/unable to contact caller.

Caller advised a named male posted a picture of LE surrounding his house/male says five LE units are outside his house. Caller asks if BPD can send him any information. Officer advised dispatch there have been no standoffs in Bayard/believes family has moved to Las Cruces. Caller was called and advised to contact the LC dispatch.

Caller advised a dog almost got run over/it's the neighbor's dog and neighbor is not home. Caller has dog in her yard but she has to go to work. Officer advised will come in about 30 minutes to meet her and to take dog/spoke with caller/taking dog to shelter.
