Caller has an open door/lights on/puppy is missing/caller thought the door was closed when they left for a doctor's appointment. Officer ATL a small dog. Caller called advising he found the dog but wants to talk to officer.

A named female sent caller and his wife a "good-bye" message last night. Officer made contact with female/everything is okay/unable to contact caller.

Caller advised a named male posted a picture of LE surrounding his house/male says five LE units are outside his house. Caller asks if BPD can send him any information. Officer advised dispatch there have been no standoffs in Bayard/believes family has moved to Las Cruces. Caller was called and advised to contact the LC dispatch.

Caller advised a dog almost got run over/it's the neighbor's dog and neighbor is not home. Caller has dog in her yard but she has to go to work. Officer advised will come in about 30 minutes to meet her and to take dog/spoke with caller/taking dog to shelter.

Caller advised she got an email stating caller needs to give a male money and that he has been watching her. Officer had negative contact with caller/left VM/caller requested another call back.

Officer – welfare of the kids is okay/spoke to caller and gave him the info/caller may be driving in from AZ and calling for a civil standby/caller called back wanting to speak with officer again.

Caller said she can hear a woman screaming at the top of her lungs from across the creek. Officer – searched the entire ditch with negative contact.
