Caller from Silver Health – A named female is having a medical decline which appears to affect cognition/she has been in contact with her doctors about getting treatment and suddenly she is refusing to speak to the doctors or her children/others advise she seems very confused. Officer requests to have ambulance en route/possibly fallen inside . . .

Nurse practitioner advised a 56-year-old female was having paranoia yesterday and refused transport/wants to see how she is doing today. Officer contacted caller/everything is okay.

Caller from APS requests check on a female who didn't answer the door for caller and is hoping she will for LE/concerned with her confusion and ability to get food for herself. Officer – negative on a welcheck at this time/will do it tomorrow morning.

Caller from NMSP Dispatch advised officer rolled unit/he was able to get out/he states he is okay/Sgt. just wants him checked out. Fort Bayard FD Unit 1 advised this officer is okay/he doesn't want transport. EMS10 checking on NMSP officer and getting a signed refusal.
