Marcelle Therese (Marcy) Flores went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday April 5th, 2025 at the age of 63, surrounded by her loved ones.
Marcy was born to Regis Fredette and Alice Cormier on October 1, 1961 in Del Rio, TX. At the time, Regis was an airman in the United States Air Force and the family was moved around the country until his retirement in 1974 in Tucson, AZ. There Marcy resided and eventually met and married her beloved husband, Robert in 1997. They had a son born to them, Daniel, that very same year.
Marcy and Robert were co-managers of Las Palmas Mobile Home Park in Tucson for many years. In 2012, Robert retired and moved his family to Silver City, NM where Marcy lived out the rest of her life. In that same year, she developed COPD. Despite having a pulmonary disease and living on oxygen 24/7, she was full of life and humor. She didn't allow COPD to discourage her from enjoying the life that God gave her. Marcy was very loving to all of her family, friends, and animals.
Marcy is survived by her father; Regis Fredette, husband; Robert Flores, son; Daniel Flores, siblings; Denise (Manny) Arino and Diane (James) Hobson, stepsons; Robert Flores Jr., Fernando Flores, and Fabian Flores, stepdaughter; Frances Arellano; stepsister Kathy (Ted) Hannah, nieces; Nikki (Clint) Robbins, Heather (Richard) Hernandez, Joy (Alex) Herrera, Stephanie (Justin) Rackley, Christina Arino, nephews; Brandon (Caroline) Arino, Josh Grove, Everett Hannah, grandson; Fernando Flores Jr., granddaughters; Mariana Arellano and Felicia Arellano. Marcy was preceded in death by her brother Daniel Fredette, as well as her mother Alice Cormier.
