* WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility between one-
quarter and one mile in blowing dust expected. For the Wind
Advisory, southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 50 mph.

* WHERE...El Paso County and lowland of southwestern New Mexico.

* WHEN...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, late Thursday Morning
through Thursday evening. For the Wind Advisory, Thursday
afternoon through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced
visibility and strong winds, especially for high profile
vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Subsequent Dust Storm Warnings may be
issued for visibility less than a quarter mile.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust.
Remember, Pull Aside, Stay Alive.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

A Blowing Dust Advisory means that blowing dust will restrict
visibilities. Travelers are urged to use caution.

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
