The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.
For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

Quorum Notice – June 12-14th, 2024Â
A quorum of the Gila Regional Medical Center's Board of Trustee may be in attendance at the New Mexico Hospital Association (NMHA) 2024 Strategic Planning Retreat. This retreat will take place at the Blake at Taos Ski Valley 116 Sutton PI, NM 87525 on Wednesday, June 12 – Friday, June 14.  This is not a formal meeting of the Board of Trustees, and no action will be taken. The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees will be on Wednesday June 26, 2024.

The Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees will convene in a Special Board Meeting on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Board room at Gila Regional Medical Center located at 1313 E. 32nd Street Silver City, NM 88061, pursuant to Section 10-15-1, (H), NMSA 1978, of the Open Meetings Act.
