The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.
For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

The Town of Silver City Trails and Open Space Advisory Committee has scheduled a Toss No Mas clean-up at the San Vicente Creek Trailhead- US HWY 90 S Bridge off Mill St. on Thursday, October 31, 2024, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. A quorum of the committee may be present, but no action will be taken. Participants will convene at the San Vicente Creek Trailhead kiosk. The Council of the Town of Hurley will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hurley Community Center at 302 Carrasco Avenue in Hurley, New Mexico. This meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend or stream via Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81712345321 . A copy of the agenda will be available at the Hurley Town Hall and online at www.townofhurley.us on Friday, November 8, 2024. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Silver Consolidated School Board of Education will hold a Special Board Meeting on Friday, November 08, 2024 beginning at 7:30a.m in the Board Room of SCS Admin Building 2810 N. Swan St., Silver City, NM 88061 for the transaction of the following business: approval of agenda; and approval of Silver Schools Bond Resolution.
